The Client is responsible for all necessary permissions and authorities in respect of the use of all copy, graphic images, registered company logos, names and trademarks or any other material on this Website.

Ecommerce agency Project Octo is responsible for the website source code and platform and retains copyright ownership over the code and its implementation. Where a support agreement exists, Project Octo retains responsibility for the performance of the website and the platform itself.
